Partner in the company with over 10 years experience in residential real estate and construction. Handles the development and construction process from procuring properties, obtaining governmental and public approvals, contracting and overseeing construction. Responsible for all the financial aspects of the company as well as the design, scheduling, and budgeting operations of the company. Prepares and manages contracts and directs and authorizes contract values and schedules. Monitors and controls construction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget. Manages all financial aspects of contracts. Negotiates real estate transactions and consultant contracts. Performs asset evaluations and project viability studies. Manages site selection and layout, defines design criteria, completes initial planning and cost estimates, develops and monitors budgets and schedules including cost and project controls to ensure projects on schedule and on budget. Prepares and conducts public presentations for community groups, governmental agencies and financial institutions. Procures financing and manages the distribution of funds to ensure timely completion of projects.
